We are looking for a driven, high-energy individual who will help us build a highly motivated team of teachers and managers.
As a Recruiter, you will be working in a cohesive fast-paced environment and will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, including developing and executing recruitment plans, attracting talent, screening candidates and facilitating hiring and onboarding process.
We are a group of family owned Kiddie Academy Early Childhood Education franchise in the Greater Seattle area. We have academies in Bellevue, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Mill Creek, and Seattle. Our award-winning programs have a stellar reputation in the community for providing the highest quality care through our Life Essentials® and Character Essentials ® curriculums. What you will be doing:
- Understand company’s growth plan and culture, source active and passive candidates who match open positions and company values.
- Manage interview scheduling logistics and communication between each academy’s leadership and candidates.
- Perform initial screening, schedule in-person interviews and manage overall recruitment cycle.
- Perform reference checks and background checks.
- Develop networking and referral base with schools, manage job fairs and other events.
- Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and conduct turnover.
Job Requirements:
- A positive and upbeat attitude; you can talk to anyone and are excited about getting others excited!
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with recruiting. Experience in preschool/childcare will be a plus.
- Ability to attend job fairs, build and maintain positive relationships with schools.
- Self-Driven, able to work with minimal supervision, strong work ethic.
- Occasional weekends required to attend events or conference.
- Experienced in social media and office software
