Kiddie Academy of Seattle at Greenwood, our newest Kiddie Academy in the region is opening soon! We are Kiddie Academy (KAGS Group). A group of locally owned educational childcare centers in the Greater Seattle area. KAGS Group academies are located at Bellevue, Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Mill Creek, and Seattle.  

Position Overview:

You will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our high-quality early childhood education program including enhancing and implementing our award-winning Life Essentials® Curriculum, staff management, scheduling, hiring, enrollment, family relationships, and academy events.

Position Requirements: 

1.      Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in managing center-based programs as a Center Director. 

2.      Meet all requirements for a Center Director per WA Licensing regulations (WAC) or be willing to get them shortly after joining. 

3.       A thorough knowledge of WAC for childcare centers and a great understanding of developmentally appropriate practices. 

4.      Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

5.        Action oriented, organized, strategic thinker, focused on getting the right things done.
